In her charges to Mr. Parlanti, Rebecca White described incredibly cruel events, whose impossibility is even clearer if we consider her usual inconsistence as well as the fact that none of the 8 witnesses (3 of them were cops) saw any bruise or injury on her and the lack of any evidence in her apartment, searched by Ventura sheriff.
What we can do now is to ask ourselves which is the reason that pressed Ms White making such statements or why is she asking for a 12 conviction for her ex partner.

Betrayed and deserted
We can find an answer just by looking where Parlanti actually was at the time of RW's report and considering the status of their relationship.
During the week of July 18th 2002 Parlanti was in Gulfport, Mississippi, on a job trip for Dole Food (the company he was working for) and, in the following weekend, he was in New Orleans, Louisiana, for amusement.
Ms White herself confirmed all this at the preliminar hearing in August 2005 (P44L1), but she said she didn't knew the person he was with. But later, pressed by the defence, she had to admit that the person with Carlo was Cecilia, a woman who he was dating lately.
In that same preliminar hearing, RW said she was aware of the fact that Parlanti was dating other women and she tolerated that situation because she hoped "to win him over the others": she loved him at the point to do anything for him.
But there's one thing that RW forgot to state: when she reported Parlanti their relationship was already over; Parlanti left her.
On the contrary, during the trial, RW dared saying that it was her who left Parlanti (P46L6 of the defence closing arguments).
The defence, then, compared her statement with an email that she sent to Katia Anedda on the 12th of September 2002 (P45L26):
"Where he walked out the door and said 'good-bye' to me for the last time, I fell on the floor and cried knowing I would never feel him run his hand over my face again, kiss my lips or talk to me in bed with his liquid, silver voice again. I love him, and I will never get to ever see or hear from him again."
RW confirmed this email's authenticity.

Personal emails
RW is used to such perjuries just to improve her credibility.
When talking, for instance, about the way she got to know the relationship with Cecilia, Bamieh asked RW if she was allowed to read Parlanti's persnal emails. She answered "yes" in a veyr confident way (P61L15).
Then Bamieh compared her statement with an email that she sent to Katia Anedda on the 17th of April 2002 and that she recognized as genuine:
"He is upset with me for looking in his e-mails and reading all the e-mails from these girls." (P61L19)
How can a witness be allowed to do such perjuries in a courtroom?

Betrayed and angry
Maybe someone may think it's wrong presupposing that having been left may be the reason for so much hate, in ms. White, to urge her creating charges so disturbing, forgetting her attempts to lie and her pretending to be the one who ended the relationship.
Luckily, Ms. White, helped us making her hate clear and manifest.
In an emeil that she sent to Katia Anedda, on the 5th of September 2002, (P45L21) she wrote:
"First of all, I do love Carlo with all that is me. Yes, I am angry with him. He cheated on me and lied to me about it."
But even more absurd is what RW wrote to Dr. Farber on the 13th of September 2002 (P47L14) to warn her about what happened with Parlanti. Anwering to the DA's (GilbertRomero) questions, RW said she wrote that letter not afer anger but to help other women so that, God forbid, nobody else would get hurt.
Ms. White closed this emails saying (P47L21):"I just hope he makes a better life outside of the USA for he hates us and cheered last 9/11 when we were bombed." .
It's too abvious the fact that she wrote this email on the anniversary of the Twin towers terroristic attack, so in an atmosphere of deep sadness and depression for the US.

Come back or I'll report you
If all this isn't a sufficient reason to "have your ex partner stuck in jail", RW said that, after having been left, she wanted to reconcile with Parlanti, but he didn't agree and went away, so she reported him. So simple.
Email sent on the 29th of August 2002 to Brian Wittney (P48L11):
"I gave him three weeks to make it right, and he did not feel he did anything to me. So this is the story. Becca."
When RW saw this email at first she denied it was hers ("That's crazy. I gave him three weeks to make -- I didn't say that, no way.").
Then, Bamieh showed her one of the emails she provided the DA: the same exact words (P48L28).
So she had to admit that email was hers. And what was her comment? Was it just a mistake?
"Oh, I don't know what I meant by that. [...] I'm sorry. Just a mistake. Come on, I made so many statements, how could I possibly remember. Just a mistake."
Yeah, "just a mistake".
And, still in the preliminar hearing on the 25th of August '05, when asked by the defence if she ever contacted Parlanti when he was in Gulfport, RW said she called him on the phone to "give him a last chance".
But Parlanti refused to even talk to her, so she decided to report him for these terrific charges: domestic violence, seizure and rape.
Last but not least, in the fax that she sent to detective Reilly on the 22nd of July '02, she wrote (P46L18):
"I try to make up with him, giving him a chance to fix what he has done, but he calls other women and talks with them instead of me."
How can a chance, a last chance, be given to a man who massacred you (P68L26), tied you up and then raped you from 3 to 5 times (depending on which of RW's testimonies we consider) (P62L1), by inserting his hand into your vagina and into your anus (P57L6)?!
Maybe the story is really so simple, like RW worte in that email to detective Reilly: come back and reconcile with me or I'll do anything I can to make you die in a prison.

Come back, anyway!
Even after the report, RW keeps on declaring her love for Parlanti and tries to have him back with her, by sending a lot of emails to Parlanti's friends, coworkers and to his current and ex girlfriends too.
This is what she wrote to Katia Anedda on the 15th of November 2002 (P51L22):
"I now have friends in the mafia here that would fix it, but Carlo does not love me. I know that. I just want him to know I do love him."
While answering the DA's questions, concerning all those love declarations to Parlanti, RW tried again to change the cards on the table by saying that those statements were made in the effort to lure him, so that the cops could arrest him once he was back.
At this point, Bamieh asked her to confirm that all that she actually wanted was Parlanti arrest, as it's shown in the fax sent to Reilly on the 22nd of July '02 (P56L25):
"Please arrest him at work and soon."
This is what RW said. So no intention to reconcile or win him back. Just revenge. (P34L10)
[...] "she wanted Mr. Parlanti arrested the whole time after she spoke to the officers. Remember that testimony? That was her strong desire, that she wanted him arrested."
And, again, RW is compelled to admit the authenticity of an email that she sent to Brian Wittney on the 30th of August 2002 (P33L24):
"I just found out today that what they charged Carlo with. Tell him to run. Becca."
And a little later, she sent another email to Katia Anedda with a similar content (P57L3).

Notarial power of proxy
As it wasn't enough, RW was kind of helping Parlanti in some sort of civil action. She got a notarial power of proxy from Parlanti (P81L18)to manage his properties, maybe to help him during such civil action or because of his many job trips. Anyway, whatever this reason could have been, she intended using that power.
In an email sent to Brian Wittney on the 29th of August 2002 (P81L23), RW actually states this intention:
"And she told Brian Whitney she was going to use it. She was going take the computers and the furniture. She had it. She was going to use it."

The DA's answer
Gilbert Romero made clear that RW has no ongoing civil actions against Parlanti (P23L5). So it seems that RW has no economical interest in what she's done (except for those special benefits provided to rape victims), so she just want him in jail for the next 12 years.
Even more, Romero said that during the 3 days of hearing, Rebecca White never said she lied, she hasn't been raped or beaten. Well, the hearing was developed in 4 days, not 3, but this statement is just ridiculous!
RW described events that are impossible, on Earth as we know it, under both physical and biological aspects. She's been really inconsistent during those 4 days of testimony and made a lot of perjuries in court. But, you know, she never said she hasn't been beaten or raped... so if she didn't say that, it must be true! She's a victim! Ridiculous...
