Rebecca White said that Carlo drank 4 litres of wine in about 5-6 hours.

So, RW testified that Carlo's weight was 165 lb (about 75 kg, but he actually was 175 lb/80 kg) and

I'd really appreciate an explanation about the difference between a seizure and Carlo's arrest.
Just on the grounds of RW's statements he, an italian citizien, has been extradated from Germany to the US. Just on the grounds of the false and impossible events she described (impossible under the physical and medical aspect)
he's been condemned by the popular jury of Ventura County and imprisoned. And he's going to be stuck in there for the next 10 years if we don't find enough money to pay for his legal defence.
